ABOUT THE TRAINING
DESCRIPTION
TRAINER
Vanda Novokšonova, a senior partner of Eurofortis, certified EFQM Trainer, EFQM Assessor, European EFQM Awards Assessor and your local coordinator. Vanda is the Board member of the Latvian Society for Quality, responsible for International relations and EFQM related activities. Vanda has 15 years’ long expertise in the EU project field and twelve years of experience with Organisational Excellence implementation.

Having the possibility of being the best European organisations’ assessor, Vanda can transfer her knowledge of organisational perfection into mobility. She is responsible for the training itself and the coordination activities during your stay.
EFQM Foundation training is the basic EFQM training, which is the first step on every EFQM Model user way. During the course, which is 6 hours long, you will understand the basics of the model, the RADAR methodology and the possible benefit it can bring it to your organisation.

Our expert, Vanda Novoksonova , is also the assessor and trainer of Latvian Society for Quality (LSQ), which is the only EFQM national partner for Latvia and has the right to organise different EFQM certified courses and recognitions.
