ABOUT THE TRAINING
DESCRIPTION

TRAINER
The training “How to build the organisational excellence in schools” is internationally licensed training developed by leading European Business Excellence trainers and advisors who have experience with implementation of Excellence approach in schools in UK, Germany, Switzerland but also in the Middle East and South America.
The course takes 7 days (including arrival and departure day) and is organised for groups of up to 15 participants. Training starts at 16:00 Sunday afternoon.
This course will bring you an understanding about how the Excellence approach helps in a school environment; understanding the seven ‘Excellence Criteria’; implementation of the ‘Excellence’ process including self-assessment and usage of various supporting methods for schools; continual improvement and some fundamental basics about EFQM model - the most widely used European Excellence Model.
Theoretical part is combined with practical teamwork activities – motivation for excellence in schools, exchange of experience with other schools practising, discussions, practical exercises with case studies, all together giving the practical skills to use then in your real organization.
Participants will have a chance to visit and meet local school leaders who have been the practicing excellence approach for several years.

Vanda Novokšonova, a senior partner of Eurofortis, certified EFQM Trainer, EFQM Assessor, European EFQM Awards Assessor and your local coordinator. Vanda is the Board member of the Latvian Society for Quality, responsible for International relations and EFQM related activities. Vanda has 15 years’ long expertise in the EU project field and twelve years of experience with Organisational Excellence implementation.
Having the possibility of being the best European organisations’ assessor, Vanda can transfer her knowledge of organisational perfection into mobility. She is responsible for the training itself and the coordination activities during your stay.
